Brian and Sean Brennan have 70 years experience between them in restoration contracting and development. The Partnership has carried out development with great success in what can only be described as the more difficult areas of inner cities ie. Newham and Canning Town in London and Toxeth and the Dingle in Liverpool. All of the projects kick started urban renewal in the areas in which they were carried out.
The projects carried out in London have been more in the restoration field and I
doubt if many contractors can boast
a larger collection of prestigious assignments.
We are at the moment developing Amises House, Baker Street, London.
As of late The Crombie Partnership is looking further afield with a project
scheme in Germany, Felsenmeer Geo Centre Hotel
and an Intergrated
Resort Scheme in Mauritius.
